I just wanted to let you know that it’s been a great experience working with you and I would like to thank you both for devising and delivering an excellent Moving & Handling Train the Trainer course for three new members of staff in my team.
Not only did you rise to the challenge of delivering a blended course of virtual and practical training in these exceptionally trying COVID-19 times, you also looked at how we work, the equipment we use and the techniques we currently employ. This meant you were able to create a bespoke learning package that delivered the right content in a way that meant it was safe and accessible.
I also appreciated you being so accommodating of my date, time and venue requests, especially when I had to change one of the dates at short notice.
All three team members were impressed with the course leaders, their delivery styles and the content. They enjoyed the course and now feel much more comfortable and competent with the Moving & Handling aspects of their roles.

The training and support they have given to Hazelhurst has been second to none. The training has been personalised to allow relevance for our environment, the feedback from staff has been very positive. Train the trainer has allowed our training to continue throughout the pandemic and the support service has been on hand when needed from the experts.
